  He  has  to  handle  independently  and  to  take  good  administrative  decisions  to  revamp and stabilize by enhancing the training capabilities and rendering technical services in all the three units. 
  To lead the team dynamically by maximum utilization of resources for the benefit of the region by fostering the specialized training programmes and increasing the employability of unskilled human resources in the region.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

The selected candidates for the posts of Trainee Engineer/Trainee Officer (E-2 grade), on successful completion of the one-year training period, will be placed as Engineer/Officer in the Pay scale of ` 24900-3%-50500 (IDA) (E-2A) with probation period of one year.
