- Work for Derivatives basically for OTC and Exchange Market
- Responsible for payment to broker on month vise.
- Need to work on daily reports matching with database and need to clear breaks if any in particular deadlines so that rest of the process can work on it.
- Take necessary follow-up with broker and traders for trade confirmation work matrix.
- Need to work and check whether the documents are well versed to processing or not.
- Work on all the invoices and make them updated as per system and reconcile if there is any discrepancy in any one of them.
- In which Reconciliation and Validation are the major things which need to work.
- Work on behalf of process to contact with Technical Department and LOB for different software we use.
- Responsible for daily, fortnightly and monthly calls with LOB to share with different updates and the problems that the associates are facing here in India and then need to update in SOP and in present matrix if any change is required.
- Need to calculate brokerage for different broker under different trade rates.
