Scale of Pay: 

Initially recruitment will be on purely temporary basis as Management Trainee – A, on  Fixed Pay remuneration  of  Rs.13,000/- and  &  Management  Trainee  – B,  on  Fixed  Pay remuneration of Rs.8,800/-for 1(one) year. After successful & satisfactory completion of the tenure of  Management Trainee they may be regularized in the scale of Rs. 9570-30000/- PB-3, Grade Pay Rs.3500 on the post of Manager – A (Electrical)and Rs.5310-24000/- PB-2 Grade Pay Rs.2400/- on the post Manager – B (Electrical)respectively.

Manager  – B  (Electrical) – 74 Nos. (UR-35, SC-14 & ST-25).

Qualification: 

Degree  for Manager  – A  (Electrical)
Diploma  for Manager  – B  (Electrical) 

both in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from any Institutions approved by AICTE.

Age:  

Maximum  40  years  on  or  before  the  date  of  application,  relaxable  for  5  years  for SC/ST candidates.

Educational Qualification & Experience	Degree in Electrical Engineering from an institute  of  repute  with  minimum 8 years’  of  experience  in  the  planning, procurement,   contract   management, installation, testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock in a Railway/ Metro Rail system.
Tenure	On deputation/contract basis for three years, extendable for further periods on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
Job Description	Will  be  responsible  for  execution, supervision  and  monitoring  of  the works related to Rolling Stock.
Maximum age limit ( as on 1st January 2014)	45 years.

Experience and age criteria can be relaxed in case of otherwise exceptionally deserving candidates.
