Applications are invited from Indian citizens for recruitment to the following post under Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited as detailed below :

Name of post : Manager – A (Electrical) / Manager – B (Electrical).

Scale of Pay: 

Initially recruitment will be on purely temporary basis as Management Trainee – A, on  Fixed Pay remuneration  of  Rs.13,000/- and  &  Management  Trainee  – B,  on  Fixed  Pay remuneration of Rs.8,800/-for 1(one) year. After successful & satisfactory completion of the tenure of  Management Trainee they may be regularized in the scale of Rs. 9570-30000/- PB-3, Grade Pay Rs.3500 on the post of Manager – A (Electrical)and Rs.5310-24000/- PB-2 Grade Pay Rs.2400/- on the post Manager – B (Electrical)respectively.

Manager  – A  (Electrical)  – 70 nos.  (UR  36,  SC-12 &  ST-22) 
Manager  – B  (Electrical) – 74 Nos. (UR-35, SC-14 & ST-25).

Qualification: 

Degree  for Manager  – A  (Electrical)
Diploma  for Manager  – B  (Electrical) 

both in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from any Institutions approved by AICTE.

Age:  

Maximum  40  years  on  or  before  the  date  of  application,  relaxable  for  5  years  for SC/ST candidates.

Eligible candidates should send their application inprescribed proformaalong with filled  in ADMIT  Card which  will  be  available  in  the  Corporate  Office,  TSECL  as  well  as  in  the official website  of  TSECL  (www.tsecl.nic.in),  with all  attested  copies  of  papers / documents  and  proof  of academic attainment & experiences including a Demand Draft of UR Category Rs.250/-(two hundred fifty) and SC & ST Category Rs.200/-(two hundred) only of State Bank of India, in favour of Tripura State  Electricity Corporation  Limitedpayable  at Agartala as  enclosure  are  to  be  addressed  to  the Chairman-cum-Managing  Director, Tripura  State  Electricity  Corporation  Ltd.,  Bidyut  Bhavan,  North Banamalipur, Agartala, Tripura (West), PIN – 799001.


General Instruction : 

(i). Last date of receipt of application is 31th January-2014.
(ii). Candidates  will be called for written test and verbal interview through call letter or newspaper advertisement and  no T.A./ D.A. will be paid for the same. 
(iii). Selection will be based on written test and verbal interview only. 
(iv).  The  authority reserves  the  right  to  relax  the  terms  &  conditions  for  selection  and appointment.
(v).  Number  of post  for  recruitment  may  be  increased  or  decreased 
(vi).  If  necessary, short listed candidates will be called for interview

Job Description
Will  be  responsible  for  execution,
supervision  and  monitoring  of  the
works related to Rolling Stock.
Maximum age limit ( as on 1st January
2014)
45 years.
Experience and age criteria can be relaxed in case of otherwise exceptionally deserving candidates.
