ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • R. O. Plant production increased by applying VFD on the Hi-Pressure Pump (before this improvement plant Cap. was 43,200 GPD and after this improvement 50,400 GPD)
  • Continuous run without breakdown up to one month and more of Sea Water Treatment Plant.
  • Improvement done in Filling machine for its best output even though no support available from OEM for timely completion of production and in time dispatch to the end customers.
  • Trained many team members in the plant operation and Fall Protection Tactics and Accident Prevention Measures and Electrical Safety.
  • Actively participated in all the internal & external audits held at Herbicide plant.
  • Working with multifunction responsibility in Multinational environment (i.e. Performing Electrical or Mechanical maintenance) of plant & Ware House.

PROJECT WORK / STRENGTH:

  • VFD provided to Rotary Valve to unloading material from Blender. (i.e. 75% batch uloading time reduced)
  • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing practices, without any Training on it participated (i.e. 25% Manpower reduction, Batch cycle time reduction).
  • 5 S Project activity Ownership for Admin and Legal files and Quality Kaizen activity for Engineering Spares Stock Storage Management, Equipment Coding, Consumables Storage in plant.
  • Monsoon Water reuses project and savings up to 40,000 INR/Year.
  • Safely execution of Civil projects like Admin Renovation, Security Cabin Renovation, RTC Building.
  • Reduced potential of Customer Complaint though New Quality Checks installation on 
  • Volumetric Powder Packaging Line in Herbicide Plant as below mentioned;
    (1) Bottle Level Indicator Lamp. (2) Air-jet Empty Bottle Rejection System. (3) Empty Bottle Rejection System. (4) No Foil Sensor System Counter System. (5) Beeper installation with No Foil bottle indicator lamp. (6) Bottle counter system application.
PROACTIVE FOR: (different interests, skills and assisting for the same too)

  • PPM/TPM/Shut down planning & execution in time line.
  • Contractor Safety Management and training.
  • Shift schedule planning of maintenance staff.
  • Up keeping of Equipment operation and downtime metrics.

  • Assisting SAP Entry for production
  • Creating visuals of Safe Work practices or SOP to ease for operation discipline & performance measurement.

  • Monthly Information Systems (MIS) Reports which is especially used in M.G.V.C.L. (Erstwhile G.E.B.)

1. Professor
Pay Scale : Rs.37400 – 67000/- + AGP Rs.10500/-

Experience : A minimum of 10 years’ teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign Institution(s) of comparable standards.

Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.

2. Associate Professor
Pay Scale : Rs.37400 – 67000/- + AGP Rs.9500/-

Experience : A minimum of 6 years teaching / research / industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or in any such other Indian or foreign Institution(s) of comparable standards.

Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.

3. Assistant Professor
Pay Scale : Rs.15600 – 39100/- + AGP Rs.8000/- 
{Assistant Professors in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs on completion of 3 years of service shall move to Pay Band of Rs.37,400-67,000/- (PB-4) with an AGP of Rs.9,000/- and will, however, continue to be designated as Assistant Professor}

Experience : At least 3 years teaching / research / industrial experience, excluding however, the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D. {Candidates with less than 3 years experience may be put on Tenure Track for the regular post of Assistant Professor}.

Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
