Required Skills:

• Experience with J2EE technologies stack such as Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WASD.
• Experience with Web Service Technology and Security. Strong experience with Agile development.
• Service Definition Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM), SOAP With Attachments (SWA).
• Experience with J2EE Framework/ORM such as Struts 1 & 2, spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with writing Java Batch applications with spring batch or other batch frameworks.
• Solid OOD/OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and design documentation.
• Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
• Strong XML processing experience such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.
• Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Angular JS and Node.js.
• Experience and understanding of cloud deployments and micro services approach to build applications. Experience with AWS is plus.
• Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems.

Education:

• Bachelors +  Masters + 15 Years of professional experience

Description:

The ideal consultant should be a software developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in programming, preferably in the financial services industry. The role involves Java programming, use of scripting languages (Shell, Python) and relational database interaction using SQL. The role involves interaction with business users, operations or support teams; therefore, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential. The consultant should be a fast learner with the ability of working independently while developing innovative solutions within a complex system. While prior financial experience is not required, the consultant should demonstrate significant interest in the Investment Banking business.

Desired Skills:

• Distributed technologies primarily Java

• Develop and maintain technical workflows within adobe campaign
• Manage the execution of communication/marketing efforts on the Adobe Campaign platform to support the business goals of demand generation and lead nurturing. This includes building rules-based multi-step email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
• Manage technical aspects of Adobe Campaign platform used to generate, distribute, and report on cross channel programs and troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required.Ensure marketing tactics are associated with the appropriate campaign and responses are captured for nurturing and lead generation.
