Responsible forcreating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development ofcareers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workerscreate long-term career plans within an organization.
Primaryresponsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
· Supervise technical training for trainersnationally
· Conduct orientation sessions.
· Create brochures and training materials.
· Develop multimedia visual aids andpresentations.
· Create testing and evaluation process
· Provide leadership development education.
· Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
· Responsible for placements of studentsundergoing training
· Ensuring smoothness in Assessment process ofstudents in training
· Responsibility for co-ordination andcommunication on feedback of trainers to franchise centers as well as companyowned centers
