Role:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments
  • Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing, Selection and Appointment, etc.
  • Organizing and conducting interviews in a structured and systematic way in order to hire the best professionals
  • Utilizing various channels of Recruitment viz job portals, employee referrals and consultants for sourcing potential candidates.
