  • Work in both wet and dry processes, and able to produce full recipe for every kind of finishes.
  • Optimum utilization of machine capacity, manpower and time.

  • Handle all customers comments regarding new finish and implement according to customers point of view.
  • Manage and support the Technical Development needs of denim, non-denim customers brand requirements.
  • Planning, implement & follow up Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives for processes, chemicals and fabrics, as needed, Coordinate with technical representation for all brands new development on-site
  • Timely approval of all dupes and finishes and bulk production and meet customers deadline
  • Using Problem Solving Techniques to maximizing the efficiency and performance.

  • & pigment, 3D, washing. etc
