COMPETITION APPELLATE TRIBUNAL Notification – Court Master

The Competition Appellate Tribunal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, invites applications for filling up of the following posts purely on deputation basis:

Position: 1 (One)

Last Date before: 11th November’2013


Pay Scale & Classification:

 9300-34800 + 4200

Applying Criteria

AGE LIMIT AS ON CLOSING DATE:

The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation basis should not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of application.

EDUCATIONAL:

1) Officers possessing bachelor’s degree from a recognized
University or equivalent
2) having speed of 120 wpm in shorthand (English)

EXPERIENCE:

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) with six years’ regular service in the pay of `5200-20200 with grade pay of `2800 or equivalent; or
(iii) with ten years’ of regular service in the pay band of `5200-20200 with grade pay of `2400 or equivalent.

DURATION OF APPOINTMENT:

The appointment will be made purely on deputation basis, initially for a period of three years, which can be extended further.

The Competition Appellate Tribunal, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, invites applications for filling up of the following posts purely on deputation basis:

Position: 1 (One)

Pay Scale & Classification:

 9300-34800 + 5400

Applying Criteria

AGE LIMIT AS ON CLOSING DATE:

The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation basis should not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of application.

EDUCATIONAL:

A pass in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the Organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government; or
(ii) Successful completion of training in the Cash & Accounts Work from I.S.T.M. or equivalent and experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work

EXPERIENCE:

(a) analogous post in Central Government or State, Government or High Court on
regular basis; or (b) with five years’ regular service in the pay band of 15600-39100 with grade pay of 6600 or equivalent
(i) Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) with two years’ regular service in the pay band of `9300- 34800 with grade pay of `4800 or equivalent; or
(iii) with three years’ regular service in the pay band of `9300- 34800 with grade pay of `4600or equivalent
