On boarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letter, complete joining Formalities and employee documentation
- Conduct Induction/Orientation Programme for new hires within one week of joining
- Enter and administer employee data in the HRMS
- Ensure new hires are mapped to the Biometric System for attendance management
- Coordinate with the Bank representatives for employee salary account opening
Payroll Process:
- Support processing and maintenance of payroll records
- Upload the Payment and recovery details in HRMS
- Compile & process attendance data in the system
- Keep track of Confirmations, Appraisals, and Increments of employees for payroll
Exit Process:
- Guide and support the employees during exit and ensure a smooth process
- Prepare full and final settlement and generate Relieving Letters
- Responsible for the user deletion in HRMS during employee Exit
- Track job abandonments to a closure
- Maintain resignation records and ex-employee dues
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain PF records - Nomination, Settlement, Transfer claims and ESI updating
- Handle PF withdrawal forms and educate employees on these forms
- Upload ESI data in ESIC portal for timely issuance of ESIC numbers to CSRs
- Prepare monthly ESI reports
- Track & Maintain Gratuity payments
Performance Management
- Track and follow up on employee confirmations
- Issue Confirmation letters on time and track extension of probation if any
- Involved in employee Appraisal cycles - manage reports and generate increment letters
Employee Engagement
- Facilitate celebrations , Fun at Work , Family Day and other company events
- Support welfare measures, employee get together, picnics

- Generate different types of Monthly reports like Attendance report, Leave Status reports
- Generate address proof letter on request
- Manage Medical claim trackers
