- Following up with customer and getting standard format of "Letter of Indemnity" before proceeding the non positive commodities.
Project 3 – Invoice Disputes Reduction Project
- Analyzing the disputed shipments customer wise.
- Identifying the root cause for the disputes received from the customer.
