Positions of Project Manager (PM1) - (2 Post)
Eligibility :
Any Post-Graduation with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Bachelors degree with minimum of 8 years relevant experience may also be considered. Should have good leadership and communication skills. Should possess project management skills such as timely delivery of deliverables, scheduling and tracking the project progress as per the plan, timely and accurate reporting and team management. Should have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of about 10 people. The successful candidate will meet at least one of the following two requirements: i. Familiarity with and working experience of open source software tools are essential. Experience in managing a team contributing to FOSS would be an significant advantage. Experience in working with circuit design packages, such as Oscad and simulation software, such as Scilab, will be useful. ii. Extensive experience in management of projects and activities such as planning, organizing, directing, recruiting, budgeting and general administration of the project. Specialized experience and skills in handling Administration/ Logistics Management/ Human Resource Management/ Accounts/ Public Relations required. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and ability in liaising with external agencies required.
Salary :
Consolidated salary Rs.42000/- p.m.
