Qualifications:
a. Ph.D. in Chemistry
(Organo-metallics)
OR
b. Ph.D. in Polymer science
(Organo-metallics and or Catalysts and or Polymerization processes)
With minimum 65 % marks or
above in graduation as well as in Post-graduation
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates with the following
experience will be preferred:
A. Synthesis of
organometallic compounds
B. Handling of air and
moisture sensitive chemicals/materials
C. Synthesis and
characterization of Ziegler-Natta / metalllocene catalysts
D. Polymerization /
copolymerisation of ethylene, propylene and higher olefins using Ziegler-Natta
/ metalllocene catalysts
E. Bench scale polymerization
reactors / pilot plant
Job Responsibility
In case of Ph.D, research
work carried out during Ph.D will not be considered as work experience
