The Competition Appellate Tribunal, Ministry of Corporate
Affairs, invites applications for filling up of the following posts purely on
deputation basis:

Applying Criteria
AGE LIMIT AS ON CLOSING DATE:
The maximum age-limit for
appointment on deputation basis should not be more than 56 years as on the
closing date of application.

EDUCATIONAL:
Desirable: Holding degree in law
EXPERIENCE:
(i) Officers holding analogous post
on regular basis; or
(ii) holding the post of PPS in the
pay band of `15600-39100 with grade pay of `6600 or
equivalent with 5 years’ regular service..
DURATION OF APPOINTMENT:
The details of the posts along with
eligibility criteria required for each of the aforesaid post are given in
Annexure-I (available on Tribunal’s website (http://www.compat.nic.in). The appointment will
be made purely on deputation basis, initially for a period of three years,
which can be extended further.
